Underpowered

So last night I decided to go get some dailies done before going to bed, so I went up to farm trolls in WC. I did a round and went around for the 2nd time and noticed that my damage had dropped. I normally do around 2200 with Rising Tide, but it dropped to around 1400. I checked my gear and everything is still overdura. I just figured that maybe I got a couple of random mobs with high resist, so I kept going but it stayed the same. I went and repaired my gear, just to see if it made a difference but it didn't. Have you guys ever encountered anything like this before? This wasn't the first time that I've experienced this.

The only thing I can think of has to do with the repair bug. Like if you die and go underdura, and then repair, the game still thinks you're underdura or whatever. Like for example, when I die some of my +healing stuff goes undedura, so it gives me less, and my heals heal less until I swap my gear back and forth.

So whenever people repair they swap their gear then swap back and it fixes it. Let me know if it fixes it for you.
